Booking :

Customers are required to pay a deposit to guarantee their booking. This sum corresponds to the total amount of the stay for any break less than or equal to 3 nights or 30% of the total amount for any break longer than 3 nights. Payment may be made by credit card (direct debit), French banker's cheque or bank transfer

Cancellation terms:

Deferred date of arrival, early or late departure:

Once the booking is guaranteed, in the event of early or late departure, a charge will be made for any night remaining unbooked. In case of no-show at the hotel at the scheduled date, if no news is received from the customer, the stay will be charged at the full amount. Rooms will be at the customer's disposal until 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. After this time, a charge is payable for its occupancy.

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival: a 30 Euro handling charge is retained.
30 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the deposit is retained.
Less than 15 days prior to arrival: 100% of the deposit is retained.

Rooms are available at 2 p.m. and vacated before 11 a.m.. Studios and apartments are available at 3 p.m. and vacated before 10 a.m..
